Investigators said she escaped to Mexico after her accomplices killed her love rival.She had been on the run for several months before being placed on the 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List, according to reports.Most killings are perpetrated by people who know their victims and investigators say the fatal shooting of dentist Kendra Hatcher at a parking garage in Dallas, was fueled by jealousy.The FBI\u2019s 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list is arguably the world\u2019s most famous wanted list. Dallas County District Attorney Susan Hawk said during a news conference at Dallas FBI headquarters before the fugitive was captured that she could not seek the death penalty if Delgado was caught in Mexico and extradited to the United States because Mexico is opposed to the death sentence.However, Hawk said Delgado would likely face life in prison if she is convicted.
